Case Hits ("we," "us," "our") operates case-hits.com (the "Site"), where we sell one-of-a-kind sports and game cards. This policy explains what personal information we collect from visitors and customers, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you browse or buy from the Site, we may collect:

• Contact information — name, email address, and shipping address, provided when you place an order.
• Order information — items purchased, price, and order status.
• Payment information — payments are processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your card number, expiry date, or CVC — Stripe collects that directly and shares with us only the information needed to confirm and fulfill your order (e.g., payment status, last 4 digits of your card, billing name).
• Technical information — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), collected automatically by our hosting provider.

• To process, ship, and provide customer support for your orders.
• To communicate with you about your order (confirmations, shipping updates).
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the Site.
• To maintain and improve the Site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share personal information only with the service providers necessary to run the Site and fulfill orders:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — our database and file storage provider, which hosts order and listing data.
• Shipping carriers — your name and shipping address, to deliver your order.

We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

The Site uses a single essential cookie to keep an administrator signed in to the admin dashboard. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies for visitors browsing the storefront.

We retain order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at support@case-hits.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled databases — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
